Twitter is not only a micrblog, but also conversation. By using Reply, you can chat with friends in Twitter. However, since Twitter doesn’t show up all the replies near the orignal tweets, it’s not convenient for user to check. For example, when there is a reply, we need to click ‘in reply to’ link in order to see the original message. If next message is still reply message, we have to continue to click for originals. It’s very inconvenient. I thus developed a Twitter plugin, which will group your Tweets and Replies together and display in the thread form. It’s so-called Thread Twitter.

Feature
Thread Twitter can fetch 3 kinds of message:
- Message you send to Twitter.
- The reply from follower.
- Your orginal reply, and recursion until no further replies.
And then display on Wordpress page as thread form output.
Installation and usage
1. Download
2. Upload thread-twitter folder to your plugin folder
3. Activate Thread Twitter via the plugin menu
4. Go to Setting => Thread Twitter, input your Twitter account and password. If you like this plugin and wanna share with others, you can click on ‘power by Thread Twitter’.

5. Build a WordPress page template, and add following function to the template.

6. Create a page, apply the page template just created.
7. Self-define CSS, format the page output. Here is a recommend sample. You can fine-tune according to your own theme.

Im entering my details correctly but it keeps coming up with “Twitter account or password is incorrect. Pease input correct user name ,password, and try again!”
Nice plugin but there are many url’s posted on twitter. I’m using the auto hyperlink plugin for wordpress, but it doesn’t work with the url’s in the twitter plugin
Can this be enabled?
nice plugin but is says invalid username and password for twitter. I checked my twitter login info and works fine on twitter website and also with other twitter plugins. Any clues?

so i’m using a php plugin to run the php code in my wp-page & it works but i only want the thread-twitter to show 10 per page & when i go change s page
it does not work thread-twitter the thread_twitter_ajax.php is not changing the page
i think it’s a bug in it

The plugin worked great at first! However after I changed the user account all the old posts from the first account was still showing and it wouldn’t refresh. Clearing my browser cache didn’t do anything either.
Any suggestions?

I am a student (limited budget) and have seen a few offers for free ipods and iphones. Does anyone Know if any if the free IPhone or Ipod offers are actually legit? i love to Twitter my day to day activities to my friends and followers. Twitter is much better than blogging because it is direct to the point and does not require you to type so many unnecessary words.

i just love to Twitter everyday with my friends. Twitter is much better than blogging in my opinion and it is very addictive too.

Is there a way to style each depth with different color? I tried to put class .depth_1 to .depth_1 and set them a background color without any success
Twitter is some ways is much better than blogging. I love to Twitter my everyday activities on my friends and relatives.
